Now that your OTG has been successfully installed, let us look at the actual cooking process. To begin with we first need to understand the knobs provided on the control panel and the actual functions that each of them perform.
Please note that this an illustrative panel only. The actual panel of your oven may differ slightly. However the basic functions / operations remain more or less the same across brands.
Most OTG's have 2 - 3 knobs - one each for setting the temperature, function / mode of cooking and time. Let us look at each of these in detail:
